Locating the Email Forwarding Service interface

Email Forwarding Service is provided free when you purchase any Product/Service (except Email Hosting) through Bombay Hosting. In order to view the Email Forwarding Service interface, you need to search for the Product/Service you have purchased and access its Order Details view. To do so, follow the simple steps mentioned below:

  1. Login to your Control Panel:

    Resellers do so from http://bombayhosting.myorderbox.com/reseller.
    Customers do so from http://bombayhosting.myorderbox.com/customer.
     
  2. Once logged in to your Control Panel,

    Resellers, go to Products -> Search -> All Orders.
    Customers, go to Domains -> Search -> All Orders.
     
  3. Fill in the form and click the Search button.
     
    IMPORTANT

    Resellers can search for all Orders belonging to their Sub-Resellers by selecting the Search Orders of Sub-Resellers check box.


     
  4. Click the Product/Service purchased for the domain name, for which you wish to start using the Email Forwarding Service. This will bring up the Order Details view for the specific Product/Service.
     
  5. Clicking the Email tab will bring up the Email Forwarding Service interface.
